Registration For Exhibitors

Raw / bare exhibit spaces are available at _____________ + 12% vat for 2 days.

All exhibit spaces shall be on a first-come, first served basis. Suppliers will be asked to choose their exhibit space once the layout is ready. choosing of exhibit spaces will be based on the order you have submitted and paid your reservation.

Mode of payment: reservation fee of Php 1,500 per exhibit space 2 x 1.5 is required upon submission of application form. Exhibitors shall be given a statement of account with the payment details and schedule after their reservation fee has been settled.

Reservation fee is non-refundable & non transferable. This shall be deducted from the total amount due. Should a change in the venue and date be necessary, a refund will be given to those who will withdraw for this reason.

Getting Married reserves the right to re-assign the exhibit space to waitlisted applicants without prior notice to the exhibitors should they be remiss meeting the payment deadlines.

Getting Married reserves the right to re-layout the floor plan as may be necessary. Priority to chose slots in the reassigned areas shall follow the first-come-first-serve policy

Guidelines for the ingess/egress and other pertinent information shall be communicated to the participating exhibitors 2-3 weeks before the event date.
