I have been meaning to write this email to let you know how grateful we are for all the things your team did on July 3.
Everything went so smoothly, and luckily even the weather was good. It is not only myself and Toine who have many happy memories from that day. My family, relatives, and friends all had nice things to say about our wedding. We also saw photos from guests’ cameras and it was heartwarming to see how much they enjoyed the evening. We acknowledge that this has a lot to do with how well your team managed the day’s details.
The married girls from our entourage told me how impressed they were with the coordinating team. They have dealt with other coordinators before, and they can appreciate the way you have executed the plans. They asked me right away who you were and when I told them, their response was “They’re really good!” My dad was particularly happy that he got back the unopened bottles of wine!
The sound system was brilliant! We are very glad you recommended Sensitivity. They ran the lights and sounds so smoothly and so neatly.
Once again, thank you very much for everything. We are so happy to have found you. We would definitely recommend you to my single girlfriends…as soon as they find a groom!
The groom’s family also wishes to thank the team who fetched them at their hotel and informed them of what’s going to happen at the church, etc. It made them a lot less nervous at the church. By the time they reached the reception, they were able to relax and enjoy. Many, many thanks again.

I never got to talk to you after the wedding, coz right after the event it got so hectic ( I know, it was hectic before pati after hehe) and before I knew it we were on a plane out of Manila already.
I’m back here in Sydney na ulit. It’s kinda sad because I miss planning the wedding and getting emails from suppliers and believe it or not, I actually miss the stress hehe anyway Kutchie, your team did a wonderful job. Comments I’ve heard from my family and guests is that the night went so smoothly and ang ganda ng programme, never a dull moment, and magaling yung host. I especially appreciated Sharon who was with me the whole day. She was very efficient, warm and accommodating. Excellent service. Thank you Kutchie and please pass on my thanks to your team.

Kutchie is more than your typical wedding coordinator. Yes, she can create your own wedding to a perfection, but she can be more than just that. An experienced indvidual in her art, she thrives under pressure when the moment calls for it and brings out the best in it! When we started planning for our wedding, one of my close friends handed me Kutchie’s calling card and was gushing about her. She said her friend’s wedding was so organized and stress-free (for the bride and entourage) because of Kutchie’s group. Knowing how OC and maselan my friend was on these things, I immediately trusted her judgement and had no other choice but Kutchie for our wedding coordination needs.
I immediately researched about her in the w@w archives and found out that she’s very experienced na in the field and that she’s been in the biz for more than 6 years (that time). There were a few complaints about her (being mataray) but I always believed that although referrals are needed, they shouldn’t be the sole basis in hiring a supplier. And so, RJ and I met up with her and it was a direct booking for us…hands down, Kutchie was THE coordinator for us. We got along well and had the same taste..perfect! Plus, RJ really liked her na because she was easy to deal with and straightforward, really knew what she was talking about and was as real as REAL could get. Wala nang bolahan kay Kutchie.
During the preps, Kutchie was my constant kakulitan on wedding queries. I only availed of her OTD coordination but heck! sulit na sulit namin sha. Hahaha. I loved the way she made herself readily available to us. We usually corresponded through email and she was very helpful with regards to my queries and panic attacks (har har). I’d always ask her opinion on wed-related things (sometimes I’d go off-topic and talked about girl-related stuff since we’re both kikay) and she always gave me sound and practical advice. She’s like a really close friend and an Ate to me. She truly made our preps stress-free.
She’s very OC and organized, too. As soon as we hired her, she gave us a wedding workbook and a list of all the things to be turned-over a month before our wedding–which they really followed-up on….as in ang kulit! Mapapa-trabaho ka talaga. Haha. I asked our suppliers about her and they all said that she’s very systematic and a perfectionist. Some are even scared of her because she’s strict daw and really makes sure her weddings go smoothly. Haha. We liked that ;)
On our wedding day, as Kutchie was making sure the ceremony and reception venues were in tip-top condition, AJ was assigned to be my personal assistant. She attended to my needs the WHOLE day and not once did I hear her complain. AJ was all smiles pa rin even if I knew she was tired na. She was very attentive, maalaga, reliable and helpful. She really made all my worries go away. With AJ and Kutchie were 5 other coordinators who made sure that the wedding would go smoothly.
Kutchie was such a blessing to us. We owe much of the success of our wedding to her group. I’d recommend this supplier over and over! =D
By the way, Kutchie took care of booking sensitivity, imax and missy for us. That’s why super stress-free because these three suppliers we didn’t have to worry about. Sagot daw sila ni Kutchie and come our wedding day, they all performed excellently and gave us a beautiful reception venue/program.
